Who directly employs TDT Crews workers?
- TDT Crews employs all of its workers.
Who pays for travel, accommodation, benefits, worker's compensation, payroll deductions, etc?
- Well since all workers are TDT Crews employees, TDT Crews pays for all of the above.
How would TDT Crews financially benefit my organization?
- Time is money and having skilled work crews on demand reduces time spent by Human Resource departments looking for workers that are just simply not available.
- Productivity creates profit.
- Retaining skilled work crews on contract during peak periods increases productivity.
- With escalating Worker's Compensation premiums and payroll reductions companies are burdened with enormous costs when direct hiring in cyclical markets, which often lead to layoffs. TDT Crews carries all these costs for our clients allowing them to pay for productive hours worked and not all the government premiums, leading to increase profits and cash flow.
What if one of TDT's employees doesn't work out on my job?
- TDT Crews will replace the worker as quickly as possible at no charge.
- TDT Crews is mobilizing workers worldwide on a daily basis. Having a qualified replacement to your location within days is always an option which reduces downtime significantly over your conventional recruitment methods.
How quickly can I expect a TDT work Crew on my site?
- TDT Crews has had a reputation for being one of the quickest in the industry due to the pool of professional contract workers available. Conventional recruitment methods and firms tend to use pools of un-employed workers who often require more time to mobilize. 5 to 14 days is the norm depending on location and accommodations.
How can I be sure TDT Crews will understand my workforce needs?
- All TDT Crews partners have a designated account manager with several years experience in providing mobile work crews to understand your needs.
- All TDT Crews partners have the ability to speak with crew leaders, tradesmen, etc. prior to anyone arriving on the jobsite to talk "shop" and make sure your workforce is exactly what you want.
- All crews have built-in TDT Crews supervision allowing for one single point of contact on site to relay back to your account manager here at the office any of your questions, concerns, productivity or skill set questions, freeing up your staff's time. This also provides a quick and easy way to place additional orders or requirements directly from the jobsite.
What kind of hours are your work crews willing to work?
- TDT work Crews are looking to work a minimum of 50 hours a week.
- TDT work Crews are assembled with "out of province" workers looking to work 5-7 days a week 10 to 12 hrs daily while on contract. When the contract is completed or when the project is finished that's when our workers look to take time off.
- Using TDT work Crews allows you to have skilled workers willing to work any and all hours that a local labor pool usually will not provide you. Local labor pools bring with them the challenges of keeping worker's motivated at weeks end along with keeping them away from their families and loved ones (who are close by) over the week-ends.
